Shipping and Delivery

Shipping policy

All our products are custom and are made to order. This means that there will be a period of fulfilment prior to shipping and delivery. We work with manufacturers and suppliers across the world which means we can source the best products and materials as required and replenish stocks if our local branches are low. We aim to fulfil all your orders within 3-5 days, followed by shipping it thereafter. You will receive an email once your product is out for shipping. If there are any unexpected delays we will keep you informed and will happily reimburse you with a giftcard/discount code for any unexpected issues. We have a commitment to excellence and quality, so whilst sometimes your order may take up to 14 days to arrive, you can be sure that we prioritise your satisfaction upon receipt of all our products.

Shipping

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order (to print and package it), after which it’s shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

🇬🇧 UK & Europe: 6–8 business days

🇺🇸 USA: 3–4 business days

🇦🇺 Australia: 2–14 business days

🇯🇵 Japan: 4–8 business days

International: 10–20 business days

Will I be charged customs for my order?

As we use worldwide suppliers you may be asked to pay customs for your order. An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbours, get in touch with us at admin@deeninc.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will then have another 14 days to return the goods once your request has been approved. PLEASE review our full returns policy prior to ordering and requesting a return.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
